From early morning breathwork to evening sound journeys.
Move, Breathe, Pause and Bodywork: yoga, Pilates and somatic movement; breathwork and guided rest; sound, meditation and stillness; massage and individual sessions. Join a class during a stay, or build your own week.

The Self-Soothing Journal brings the practice of the house into your own home: the same prompts and practices, at your own pace, wherever you are.

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 11am.
Day passes are available for members and can also be added to an overnight stay.
A cold breakfast is served each morning and is included in every stay. The Club does not serve other meals.
We offer a thoughtful range of alcohol-free drinks. Fine wines are available on request.
Yes: classes and 1:1 sessions are available, though we suggest pre-booking to help curate your stay.
Classes, treatments and 1:1 sessions can all be booked online, on their own or as part of your stay.
Yes – all levels are welcome. Please seek medical advice before using the sauna or taking a cold plunge.

No experience is needed. Everything here is designed to be accessible, gentle and beginner-friendly. You can go at your own pace, adapt each practice, and participate as much or as little as feels right. For deeper support, 1:1 sessions with our therapists are available.
