1) PRICES & TAXES
The Standard Booking price includes the following:
• All applicable taxes.
• Utilities (water, gas, and electricity).
• Internet access.
• Towels, bed linen and hairdryer.
• Cleaning before and after your stay.
• Access to all amenities and facilities as specified on our website and in our correspondence.
Important:
When you make a reservation, you are booking a room category, not a specific room. While all rooms within a category offer similar size and amenities, individual design and decor may vary. Your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email.
2) PAYMENT & TERMS AT CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in from 3PM
- You may check in from 3pm local time. Room keys will be available at the River Arts Club reception on the ground floor.
- Full payment for your stay must be settled before or upon check-in. Room keys will only be provided once the full payment has been received.
- Replacement of lost keys may incur an additional fee.
- Our reception team is available to assist with local recommendations, dining options, sightseeing, and other enquiries to enhance your stay.
Check-out by 11AM
- Please vacate your room by 11am local time. Late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability but cannot be guaranteed.
- Return your keys to the reception on the ground floor.
- A detailed inspection of the room will be conducted after your departure. Any damages, breakages, or missing items may result in additional charges.
- Please ensure that bed linen and towels remain in the room. These items are provided for your use during your stay and are not gifts.
Traveling with Minors:
Guests must be 16 years or older to secure a reservation at River Arts Club.
3) ACCESSIBILITY OR SPECIAL NEEDS
We are committed to providing a comfortable stay for guests with special needs. However, due to the historic nature of our building, there are no elevators. We encourage guests with accessibility needs to contact us in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.
4) PARKING
Guests may park directly in front of the property. Parking is offered on a self-parking basis, and the hotel accepts no responsibility for damage, loss, or theft of vehicles or belongings. Each reservation includes one parking space.
5) DISPUTE RESOLUTION / ISSUES
- Guests are expected to treat the room, furniture, and amenities with care. Any damage or breakage should be reported to our staff immediately.
- Guests are financially responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
- A preliminary room check will be conducted at check-out, with a more thorough inspection following departure. Guests will be notified of any damages and associated charges within 10 days.
- If damages are identified, an itemised invoice will be sent via email for settlement
6) USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
For guest safety, we maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest identities, room numbers, and stay details. We do not disclose guest information to third parties except as required by law.
Security cameras are in use throughout the property, and any individual on the premises may be recorded.
7) LIABILITY
While we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, River Arts Club cannot be held liable for the loss of personal belongings, personal injury, or other incidents beyond our control. We encourage guests to secure valuables in designated areas.
8) FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government actions, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests and manage the situation responsibly.
9) THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
While we may recommend or partner with third-party providers (such as tour operators, transportation, or activity providers), River Arts Club is not liable for the quality or delivery of these services. Any concerns should be directed to the third party.
10) WAIVER
By staying at River Arts Club, guests acknowledge that while we maintain high standards of safety and service, the hotel cannot be held liable for injuries, losses, or damages except in cases of proven negligence.
11) SEVERANCE
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Our agreement remains in effect to ensure the best experience for our guests.
